How to Apply

Online Application Form
Begin by filling out our online application, which includes student questionnaire, parent questionnaire, recent school transcripts, a brief family introduction video, student introduction video, and agreements.

Invitation to Proceed
Should your student be selected to advance to the next stage of the admissions process, you will receive a formal invitation to proceed. Upon receipt of this invitation, the application fee will be due.

Interview
Selected applicants will be invited to participate in an interview with our admissions panel. During this visit, applicant will meet with members of the panel, and parents will also meet separately with the panel. The interview date will also include a student reading assessment.

Group Assessment
Applicants will be invited to return to campus to complete a writing assessment and participate in a group assessment as part of the admissions evaluation process.

Admission Decision
Families will be notified of the admissions decision by the end of the application period. If accepted, completed Enrollment Agreements are due within two weeks.

Submit a report card from current school year.

Family Video Introduction

Record and upload a 3-5 minute family video introduction in the online application.

School Visit

Join us at one of our admissions events, where you will have the opportunity to learn more about our academic program and meet our faculty.

Onsite Evaluation

Shortlisted students and parents will be invited to an onsite evaluation at SPS, which will include student academic assessments, a group lesson activity, and a family interview.

Reading Assessment

Shortlisted students will complete an assessment to determine their Reading level.

Group Lesson Activity

During the onsite evaluation, students will participate in a group lesson activity with fellow students and members of SPS faculty.

Family Interview

Students and parents will participate in a family interview, where we will discuss how SPS can best support their child’s development.

Tuition Assistance

Children of missionaries and pastors are eligible for tuition assistance. Please contact admissions@seoulprovidence.org for more information.

Admission Decision

Successful applicants will be informed of the admission decision by the end of the application period.

*Students transferring from the American curriculum will continue at their current grade level without adjustment. 

*Students transferring from the Korean curriculum will adjust by half a grade if they are non-native students, to align with the SPS academic calendar. (e.g., A student born in 2015 will begin Grade 5 in the first semester starting August 2026.)

*High school grades (G9-12) will be added starting in 2026, with one grade level added each subsequent year. (e.g. Grade 9 in 2026-2027 academic year, Grade 10 in 2027-2028 academic year, and so on until Grade 12.)
